I keep explaining that my back up camera on Kia Sorrento isn't working. I've brought the vehicle in 3 times. Seems every time I bring it in they say " It's working fine". I went in for an oil change and to have a mark that was on my door looked at. Oil change went fine and Cody took care of the mark which was only glue left over from shipping. But when he told me that my A on my door looked at. Oil change went fine and Cody took care of the mark which was only glue left over from shipping. But when he told me that my AC filter needed replacement, I asked how much that would be I was informed $47.95. That's out of bounds as when I got home I looked it up and I can buy the basic filter for 15 dollars and it's simple as can be to replace. No thank you! More
