Service took a long time, then while it was pouring they left my window down so my car was soaked. I was offered a free detail next time I come in, and am thankful for that. The absolute worst to deal with! I have 3 Kia vehicles that I take there for service and there is always an issue of some kind. Not to mention 2-3 hours for an oil change. Probably going to explore my o that I take there for service and there is always an issue of some kind. Not to mention 2-3 hours for an oil change. Probably going to explore my options on my next vehicle. Price for a new part was $180.00, found it online at another Kia dealer for $115.00. I understand markup but thats gouging the customer. More

This visit was exceptionally good. Service Manager, Kenan Smiley was my advisor. I'm not sure if he is new, but I could DEFINITELY see more of a difference in coordination and efficiency, than over the past Smiley was my advisor. In the past I've spent over 2-3 hours waiting for solely an oil change.
