They are very pleasant there. I would have to wait to wait two and a half to three hours for all the items serviced on my Soul. They gave me a ride home and back to Friendly Kia. Go somewhere else that my review, there dealership has gone to crappie. Bought a car has been in 4 times transmission fell out ,back window has stopped working 3 time 2 motors 1 switch but they can't do gone to crappie. During call, to set apt to repair recall problem, we asked if a problem we were having with the dashboard AC fan was covered by warranty. Initially we were told it would not be covered, however, we were asked if a problem we were having with the dashboard AC fan was covered by warranty. Initially we were told it would not be covered, however, we were asked to hold on the line and after a few minutes the woman came back on and told us she had spoken to the service manager and he said it would be covered. When we arrived for our appointment a young fellow, who appeared to think we made the story up, advised that no it wasn't covered. He directed us to the waiting area. The "waiting area" was a total disgrace. It looked like the walls hadn't been painted in years, everything needed a good cleaning and the furniture should have been replaced. In addition, the employee in charge of the bathrooms and HIS SUPERVISOR should be fired. Prior to visiting the dealership my wife and I had decided to trade our vehicle in if we were made a decent offer on our trade-in. At no time during our visit did ANYONE ask if we'd like to view the inventory. This place, especially in the era of the virus, is as far from a pleasant SALES or SERVICE environment as you can get. We'd have to describe it as a auto dealership on welfare. We will NEVER return. The following week we traded our vehicle at Lokey Kia. More

Not happy haven't been for awhile I won't be back dont like to be told one thing and something else happens this has been going on not to mention one time I drove home after they work on my vehicle and my like to be told one thing and something else happens this has been going on not to mention one time I drove home after they work on my vehicle and my transmission was acting up and it was due to service department who neglected to put lock pin in the linkage ,they always seem to try to push there newer vehicle on people after they have been told no I am sole owner of my vehicle for 9 yrs I went with kia cause I though they though of their customers as family with long term discounts and better trade in prices boy was I wrong I will not be back very disappointed in this company! a rattling noise on start up is what I brought it in for they said it needed engige noise was covers on engine was loose.And the wait time they didn't even send claim in til the following day at the end of it within a hour of them closing I know this cause I called claim office cause kia hadn't called me and when they finally did they blamed the wait on claim department but what they didn't know was I knew differently! THIS MUST CHANGE More
