Even though it is something I have done to my own vehicle that has made it in a very unsafe condition, I wish I could have been offered the recommendations needed to fix the issues a little differently. I have no problem paying for what's needed to fix the problems but would've liked to know when exactly it could be done, if a loaner vehicle would be provided, how long it would take and price (or at least a better estimate of what price would be around). I felt like I was told what needed to be done but not how to make it happen. Now I'm stuck with my first new car, that I admittedly messed up, and no idea how to make it better. Everyone was very nice and no complaints about how I was treated, only that I was so she'll shocked I probably didn't ask the right questions More

Came for a new tire. Had a nail. Firestone plugged but did not hold....this was a veh just purchased 1/9. Nail was in tire then.....should have been replaced by Kia before selling.. But All good. I have had different experiences with Kia service. This time I drove in with a visible nail in my tire. 11 pounds of pressure and they asked me to come back tomorrow with an appointment. So I waited 2 1/2 hours, and they tell me it’s a bad sensor in addition to a tire with the nail. ????? $125. ??? 2 year old car and when I put air in two days earlier the light went off and came back on before I pulled into Kia. I asked for the broken part. The attendant left and came back and said they were going to fix it for free. I am grate but suspicious. More
