I feel like my concern wasn't taken seriously. Felt brushed off EVEN AFTER showing a video of my speaker lights coming on when the switch is set to OFF. Evidently this isn't good enough. What's even more ridiculous is that I was told to "swing by" when it happens. I LIVE AN HOUR AWAY FROM THE DEALERSHIP! I will submit a complaint daily until this issue is fixed. Try me! I will also file a complaint with NHTSA as this is a safety issue when there is a short with the switch! More

The staff was curious. Matt was my guy that took my car. I was there for a hour and a half when I went to ask what's taking so long I saw my car being taken back to be fixed. I was upset. I finally got out I was there for a hour and a half when I went to ask what's taking so long I saw my car being taken back to be fixed. I was upset. I finally got out of there after 3hours . Example picked my car up it was filthy from sitting by main road. There is literally a car wash - free car washes for life with Kia purchase. There were so many young men hanging around a nice thank you for being a loyal Kia customer and take the car through car wash. It’s the over and beyond that will keep customers coming and business thriving. I still didn’t get a understanding of what was wrong or could go wrong with my vehicle. A couple minutes to explain what the issues are would have made a difference. I have bought 2 Kias from your dealership and not asking For the red carpet treatment. Just great communication and customer service to the people that matter. More
