I have had different experiences with Kia service. This time I drove in with a visible nail in my tire. 11 pounds of pressure and they asked me to come back tomorrow with an appointment. So I waited 2 1/2 hours, and they tell me it’s a bad sensor in addition to a tire with the nail. ????? $125. ??? 2 year old car and when I put air in two days earlier the light went off and came back on before I pulled into Kia. I asked for the broken part. The attendant left and came back and said they were going to fix it for free. I am grate but suspicious. More

Living in Georgia and coming to Florida to visit family. I decided to have my car service. The overall experience was good considering the type of service I was getting. The service people are always friendly and helpful, however I always get overcharged or have a fee thrown in that I was unaware of. My most recent visit I went for my 30k maintenance which I was told would be $180 and I even confirmed it beforehand. Somehow my bill came out to almost $350 and I had to speak up and get it fixed. I never do this and usually I just let it go but it happens every time I go, when I go for an oil change my bill is always almost $100. I’ve bought two cars from this location and never gotten my “complimentary first oil change” they advertise either. I think I’m going to start getting my work done elsewhere. The employees from the salesmen to the service staff are very good at what they do and handled my situation well, but I believe the management has some things to fix regarding communication and prices. The staff were very nice and helpful. Not at all what I expected I do my own work do to the fact I have been burned in the pas however work was under warrantee. Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and to fix my Radio in my 2019 Kia Rio. I explained what the radio was doing and I was told that the technician couldn't do anything because I needed to show then Radio in my 2019 Kia Rio. The problem happens when I'm driving. My radio screen goes black and then the KIA sign comes up but the radio still keeps playing. I explained this has happened several times and twice when heading to Mulberry Florida. How am I suppose to take a picture of this problem when I'm driving. By the time I stop the car to take a picture its already back to the radio channels. I just can't believe I was told to take a picture of this. My problem was not resolve. Also was told a technician could drive with me and see if it happens. This doesn't happen everytime I drive my car. So my radio wasn't fixed. More
