Gene Byrd is the best! Our new car purchased Saturday would not start on Monday morning. We initially had some problems getting help, Gene contacted us,got us a loaner car, jump started our car and took would not start on Monday morning. Even though it is something I have done to my own vehicle that has made it in a very unsafe condition, I wish I could have been offered the recommendations needed to fix the issues a little differently. I have no problem paying for what's needed to fix the problems but would've liked to know when exactly it could be done, if a loaner vehicle would be provided, how long it would take and price (or at least a better estimate of what price would be around). I felt like I was told what needed to be done but not how to make it happen. Now I'm stuck with my first new car, that I admittedly messed up, and no idea how to make it better. Everyone was very nice and no complaints about how I was treated, only that I was so she'll shocked I probably didn't ask the right questions More
