New key Fob programming I was truly impressed by the friendliness, professionalism, and individual attention the service personnel showed me during my visit. The 2 represent I was truly impressed by the friendliness, professionalism, and individual attention the service personnel showed me during my visit. The 2 representatives kept me continualy informed about the status of my repair and were very persoable, like they knew me for a long time. I would always look forward on having the 2 representatives again who helped me. Two thumbs up! Thank you for a great job!!! More

Going the extra mile My Kia was due for an oil change and drivers side mirror inop as well as a service recall. Service Dept. at Friendly Kia is Excellent I traded in my Lexus RX 300 July 19th and purchased the Kia Sorento... I had my first maintenance yesterday as I hit 3014 miles... an appt was schedul I traded in my Lexus RX 300 July 19th and purchased the Kia Sorento... I had my first maintenance yesterday as I hit 3014 miles... an appt was scheduled and they were right on time, explained every step of the way and I was in and out within an hour. Their free WiFi made it seem like minutes... the staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and made it a breeze. I also ran into my salesman, JB, so that was a pleasant surprise... I give this dealership an A+ especially comparing it to my experience with both Lexus and Porsche as I also own a Boxster.... fantastic team ? More
