I bought a new car at a different dealership and they said I had 3 free oil changes. I called this dealership beforehand and gave them my information to set up the appointment. Whoever I spoke to tol said I had 3 free oil changes. I called this dealership beforehand and gave them my information to set up the appointment. Whoever I spoke to told me this dealership will honor that agreement. In fact she even went so far as to say,”I see that you have an oil change available.” When I asked how many I oil changes I have left she said, “sorry I can’t see how many you have left only that you have one available.” I go to the store. I get my oil changed. Sorry we don’t honor that agreement that’ll be $80. I don’t like being lied to. More
