I had gone in for a new gas cap because that is what I was told I needed to make my check engine light go off. They found a bunch of other things "wrong" they said they fix the problem and that I did not was told I needed to make my check engine light go off. The facility is old, small and congested. It is not easy to get in and out of the service area. I have had several bad experiences at this service center and keep giving feedback and additional chances to m to get in and out of the service area. I have had several bad experiences at this service center and keep giving feedback and additional chances to make it right. I am now giving up and will not be returning to this dealership. There have been small improvements over the years in personnel but there is still an overall un-professional, condescending attitude among the service advisors. More
They financed me after surrendering a vehicle 4 years prior at 6%. I was very happy to drive a new Soul away in less than 3 hours. This was 2years ago.
