The service writer was curious & professional. My vehicle needed a recall update on the ECM, the Rt rear wheel speed sensor was bad and replaced under warranty and I had all 4 tires replaced. Had just left dealership after getting services done ,was driving and noticed the hood moving up and down I pulled into a store parking lot and yup! I scheduled an appointment for a recall. I told them this when I scheduled the appointment. I dropped my car off the day before. I called to find out when my car would be done and was told they didn’t have t when I scheduled the appointment. I dropped my car off the day before.
