Almost 2 hour oil change I scheduled an appointment for Friday 11/8/2019 at 11 am to get an oil change with tire rotation on my truck. I also asked that while they were washin I scheduled an appointment for Friday 11/8/2019 at 11 am to get an oil change with tire rotation on my truck. I also asked that while they were washing the truck, to please clean my inside windows. I got there 5 minutes before my appointment and the guy checked me in and said it may take a few minutes extra to get the inside windows cleaned since that was not part of their complimentary free carwash and would cost a few bucks. I said ok. It was after 12:45 pm before they had my truck done!! The windows did get cleaned somewhat but the running boards were not cleaned and the truck had water spots all over it. How in the world can it take almost 2 hours to do this AFTER you have made an appointment?? I feel like they do not care about my time and the things I need to do. This was not a spur of the moment thing, I had a set appointment time that they gave me! I was not happy and feel this is unprofessional and sub par. More

Professional and Expedient Met immediately and the servicing started right away. The complimentary snacks and drinks were appreciated.
