Oil change great experience. I am a typical car guy and can easily change my own oil. First oil change was free after buying brand new 2019 sorrento. Sent my wife to get the oil change which she didn't want to go... ended up telling me she had a good experience and was well worth the drive and was in and out suprisingly fast. Oil change I am really tired of the promises and advertisements you put out about your oil change and your service appointments. I got there at 3:55 and didn’t l I am really tired of the promises and advertisements you put out about your oil change and your service appointments. I got there at 3:55 and didn’t leave until 5:30. There were 3 to 4 other people that came in after me and left way before me. I asked a price for my rear brake light; didn’t find out until I asked what it would be and that was over an hour after I got there. Then the car wash. Why do you use this as a selling point if it can’t be done in a timely manner! And I will dispute the 60 minute or less oil change because that never happens. I’m sorry, but my time is very valuable. I drive 40 minutes to come only to you and then always getting treated like “oh well” it really is enough! And I don’t want anyone to get in trouble, but it has always been this way. More

I needed air in my tires I pulled into the service department without an appointment, They took me in right away and checked out the tires. As it turned out there was a nail i I pulled into the service department without an appointment, They took me in right away and checked out the tires. As it turned out there was a nail in the right front tire which could not be repaired. They were able to replace the tire and fill the others with air and I was on my way. I was very impressed that they were able to take care of the problem even when I didn't have an appointment. More
