Very good. No surprises. Went for a 3 month inspection, which is a free service after buying a new car. First impression was negative because a sign said to park by the orange Went for a 3 month inspection, which is a free service after buying a new car. First impression was negative because a sign said to park by the orange cone, and there was no orange cone that I could see. No one came out to greet, which is something I was used to at other dealerships. So I parked and went in and it took a while for anyone to take any notice of me. There were about 3 employees at computer stations but no one looked up. But that was only a first impression. Once I was teamed up with a rep - Toddy - everything went great. It all took just about as long as Todd said and he kept me informed as time went by. So all in all I would recommend the service at Friendly Kia. More
