The service was very good. I enjoy the custom custrrmer setvice I get at Frienfly Kia. The only problem I had was, I wanted a loaner vehicle and was given lyft rides. The only other critique qpuld be my car is in need of rear brakes ( I saw on the pap ed r given to me) but was not told this. With no offer to resolve this fiasco, I was obligated to pay for the routine oil change & tire rotation charge of $59.00 myself! More
