Oil leak The service rep went above & beyond to fix my issue. He was very fast, efficient & courteous. I had an oil leak on a preowned Kia Soul with a warranty. I was so worried it hurt my engine or was going to be expensive. They checked out my car...the engine was fine. It was just a loose oil filter. They even did my oil change for free. Now I will only go to the dealer for my service. Every experience I had there has been Fantastic. New transmission in new car I brought my 2019 Kia Forte in for service it had started hesitating really bad when stopped at a complete stop or even just driving down the road. Th I brought my 2019 Kia Forte in for service it had started hesitating really bad when stopped at a complete stop or even just driving down the road. This is a new car with less than 5500 miles on it at the time this happened. Needless to say I’m not at all happy about having to have the transmission replaced. It took to long to get a transmission in to replace the other one, it was like playing phone tag with anyone in service to get any help on the situation. Matt my service advisor was very nice. But the rest of the people forget about any help. At one point I looked into trading out of the vehicle sales was absolutely no help and so was finance was told I could be helped and then a few days later no I can’t help you type of crap with a 670 credit score?! Finance was very rude, unprofessional and basically called me a liar! And They where basically trying to put me in a high prices vehicle when I had a very specific amount I needed to have a payment for and this was discussed at the time we looked into my options. Needless to say I will never buy another Kia again, recommend Kia to anyone that I know or meet. Or do any other business once I can’t terminate my loan and get out of this piece of junk car. More

Enjoyable oil change time and a visit with Vince. You;re service rep was very helpful, fast and courteous. I was there early and he took care of me promptly and early as well.
