Beyond expectiations. The Service advisor, Steve greeted me on arrival and immediately had my car attended to. As a person who is reliant on supplemental oxygen, and having experienced unexplained delays at other dealerships, I pleasantly surprised with the attention afforded me, and the updates on the vehicles progress. As I drive very infrequently (19000 Miles in 4 years), It was not unexpected that I might have some additional work on my 2016 Kia Optima. Steve explained, due to the infrequency of use, the tires, had sufficient tread, however, the sidewalls had been attacked by the sun and suffered some form of detrition. It was suggested that I should look into replacing the tires later, however he did recommend a tire rotation, witch I opted to have done. I had, I thought, my supplemental oxygen would hold out for this visit, however, it was not cooperative and it was approaching the replacement stage, I live downtown NPR I asked abut lift home so that I could attend to my oxygen needs. Steve with the approval of his service manager, Mr. Matt, a loner car was supplied, and they informed me they would return my car to me, and pick up the loaner car. This service was beyond expectations , I would highly recommend the Kia Service Team for being the best, Thank You for a job well done, Frank Justin. More

Unfortunately, I'm not as happy with the dependability of our 2013 Optima. It has been subject to 3 or 4 recalls, the A/C has had a malfunction (costly), and now this service for a new starter assembly (also costly). And, the Optima has only 60,000 miles on it! Not good! More

It took two weeks to get two tires and two rims. Then when I picked up my car each rim was $85 more than I was quoted. Yes I got a discount, but only after I asked for it. Have called David Quinn twice since picking up my car, and he hasn't bothered to call me back. I will never come to this dealership again, not even for a free car wash. More
