My husband and I needed a new vehicle DESPERATELY. My husband is a disabled veteran with a spinal injury and is losing his ability to walk. We needed a vehicle that could not only accommodate our family husband is a disabled veteran with a spinal injury and is losing his ability to walk. We needed a vehicle that could not only accommodate our family of 5 and service dog, but his wheelchair as well. The problem was we were needing to do this with not so great (virtual non-existent) credit and little to nothing down. And on top of that the van we had to trade in wasn’t worth much at all. Needless to say we didn’t have much hope. My husband had heard good things about friendly Kia and so he messaged them and asked if they could help us. After a week of back-and-forth with an online agent we had an appointment scheduled to meet with the Don Mullis or the GM. When we got there we really weren’t even expecting them to be able to do anything for us. The GM had us meet and work with Emmanuel. Not only was he understanding but he was already up to speed on our situation when we got there and was waiting for us at the door. He didn’t even flinch when we told him our credit was awful and we didn’t have anything to put down and a pretty poor excuse for a vehicle to trade it was all we brought to the table. After about an hour not only did he and the manager have us approved for a vehicle, but they were able to give us a great trade-in credit for our van and got the down payment the bank required knocked down below what they told us the minimum would be. Because were a military family and on a fixed income and only get paid once a month we had to wait a week before payday so that we could make the down payment. Emmanuel had the vehicle held for us so that we would not miss out on the opportunity and risk someone else buying the vehicle and us having to go through the approval process all over again. He got us into a 2019 Kia Sorrento L. It’s a perfect family vehicle and easy for my husband to get in and out of. He made sure we got lots of rebates and all in all we paid well below sticker price. Skye in the finance department was amazing. My husband was starting to not feel well after we spent a couple hours trying to deal with our insurance company to get the new policy number and he got all our paperwork done in minutes so I could get my husband home. I truly cannot say enough great things about this Kia location or Emmanuel and Skye. The entire place is incredibly well staffed. Never once did we feel pressured, they answered all our questions and treated us like they were selling a vehicle to a friend or family member...Never once did we feel like “just a commission.” The vehicle handles like a dream and will last our family a long time. I highly recommend Friendly Kia. More

When I got the vehicle back it had 25 lb of tire air in each tire. Here was supposed to have rotated the tires don't even know if they did that why would they let air out of the tires and also got an oil each tire. Normally Kia does a great job this time they Let Me Down big time and not like they were rushed they had they had the car there for over two and a half hours More
