Sales was great when I purchased the car, but when I took my car to your complimentary car wash for the first time yesterday, I waited over an hour and the cleaning job was very poor, especially on the inter my car to your complimentary car wash for the first time yesterday, I waited over an hour and the cleaning job was very poor, especially on the interior. They left dirty water smears all over my radio, door handles, etc like they dipped a rag in a dirty soap bucket. I felt my interior was much cleaner before I brought it in. I went home and wiped it down myself. I was also very disappointed that none of the people working at the car wash (in the building) wore masks, except the woman that greeted me. There were signs on the doors that said masks were mandatory, yet none of your workers wore them. More
Go somewhere else that my review, there dealership has gone to crappie. Bought a car has been in 4 times transmission fell out ,back window has stopped working 3 time 2 motors 1 switch but they can't do gone to crappie. During call, to set apt to repair recall problem, we asked if a problem we were having with the dashboard AC fan was covered by warranty. Initially we were told it would not be covered, however, we were asked if a problem we were having with the dashboard AC fan was covered by warranty. Initially we were told it would not be covered, however, we were asked to hold on the line and after a few minutes the woman came back on and told us she had spoken to the service manager and he said it would be covered. When we arrived for our appointment a young fellow, who appeared to think we made the story up, advised that no it wasn't covered. He directed us to the waiting area. The "waiting area" was a total disgrace. It looked like the walls hadn't been painted in years, everything needed a good cleaning and the furniture should have been replaced. In addition, the employee in charge of the bathrooms and HIS SUPERVISOR should be fired. Prior to visiting the dealership my wife and I had decided to trade our vehicle in if we were made a decent offer on our trade-in. At no time during our visit did ANYONE ask if we'd like to view the inventory. This place, especially in the era of the virus, is as far from a pleasant SALES or SERVICE environment as you can get. We'd have to describe it as a auto dealership on welfare. We will NEVER return. The following week we traded our vehicle at Lokey Kia. More
