I haven't purchased a new car in eight years, and it's always been exhausting thinking about when that time would come again. Previous experiences were dealing with sales departments who didn't know as mu always been exhausting thinking about when that time would come again. Previous experiences were dealing with sales departments who didn't know as much about the car than I did, and dealing with processes that took from, what always felt like, morning to evening. Mr Khalil and Mr. Walsh, along with their Kia Team, changed that experience completely. From our initial elbow bump (COVID-19 safety protocols) to a deal finalizing fist bump, the process was transparent, smooth, and quick! As cliche as it may sound, they live by their name, FriendlyKIA. I purchased a 2021 Telluride SX that has so many features and Mr. Khalil took the time to explain and demonstrate (to great detail) each feature. Mr. Walsh processed the paperwork and detailed out all the warranties, answering all questions regarding what was covered and how each warranty program worked (i.e. ACS Plat Plus and Extended). This team is easily one of the best I've had the pleasure dealing with, and if you are looking for a Kia with a team who cares, look no further than FriendlyKIA. I would like to also add that Crystal was extremely responsive and helpful in providing sales pricing details prior to arriving. Just a stellar team all together! charged me 22 dollars to do a patch on my rear passenger side tire to repair a puncture. Air is still leaking and tire will only hold air for 1.5 days.
