Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and to fix my Radio in my 2019 Kia Rio. I explained what the radio was doing and I was told that the technician couldn't do anything because I needed to show then Radio in my 2019 Kia Rio. The problem happens when I'm driving. My radio screen goes black and then the KIA sign comes up but the radio still keeps playing. I explained this has happened several times and twice when heading to Mulberry Florida. How am I suppose to take a picture of this problem when I'm driving. By the time I stop the car to take a picture its already back to the radio channels. I just can't believe I was told to take a picture of this. My problem was not resolve. Also was told a technician could drive with me and see if it happens. This doesn't happen everytime I drive my car. So my radio wasn't fixed. More
