The staff was curious. Matt was my guy that took my car. I was there for a hour and a half when I went to ask what's taking so long I saw my car being taken back to be fixed. I was upset. First time there strong communication and attentive to the needs of customer. Small things matter and especially when it comes to customer experience. . Example picked my car up it was filthy from sitting by main road. There is literally a car wash - free car washes for life with Kia purchase. There were so many young men hanging around a nice thank you for being a loyal Kia customer and take the car through car wash. It’s the over and beyond that will keep customers coming and business thriving. I still didn’t get a understanding of what was wrong or could go wrong with my vehicle. A couple minutes to explain what the issues are would have made a difference. I have bought 2 Kias from your dealership and not asking For the red carpet treatment. Just great communication and customer service to the people that matter. More

I was pleased that they sent me to the car wash to sit away from other people. I was not satisfied with the price and it was ironic that they gave me my car and didn't ask for payment. I had to fight dr away from other people. I was not satisfied with the price and it was ironic that they gave me my car and didn't ask for payment. I had to fight driving back to the service center after being blocked on 3 different routes by cars in the lane to pay my bill. My service adviser Matt was appreciative that I just didn't' leave without paying. You need t get your act together. More
