John, I have purchased 3 vehicles at your dealership and have been very happy with all 3 of them. I will disagree with you that your growth has been due to customer service. I believe the Kia product sells itself and is an outstanding value. I have had a drunk sales rep that was sent home in the middle of one deal. A prior Service Manager who was so unprofessional and devious it almost ended up in a fist fight. Condescending service advisors who act as if you are bothering them when you ask a question or point out an issue. One was also on his cell phone with his girlfriend while walking my wife out to her car when she was picking it up, delaying her departure while he finished the personal call. We have also used your car wash many times and have always been very happy with the results. Ironically, whenever we have it washed when it is in for service it is never done well at all. We even pay extra for the gold service and the car is not even vacuumed. It is obvious that when you are at the car wash with your vehicle and tipping the attendants, the work is outstanding. When a car is brought over from the service department for washing it is a horrible result. Also, regarding your new facility construction, I would strongly suggest you keep it clean. One of the biggest problems with your current facility is that it is often filthy, specifically the restrooms. They are horrendous every time I am there. I have given you personally some feedback over the years of my experiences there in an honest effort to help. While there have been some improvements in personnel it is clear that there is a long way to go and frankly I am done waiting for results and have come to the conclusion that your staff just does not know how to make the necessary improvements or they do not care. Either way, my wife and I will no longer be subject to the treatment we have received from your staff.
