Radio Very very disappointed in the outcome of our service. We came in saying the radio wasn’t working properly and especially the right side speakers. They Very very disappointed in the outcome of our service. We came in saying the radio wasn’t working properly and especially the right side speakers. They told us we needed a new radio and agreed to it but left with the speakers still not working because they said that they never checked the speakers and would be additional charges for them. The day after we bought the car, my wife spoke to our salesman and told him the problem and he said she didn’t have the balance correct. After a couple of weeks we knew it had to do with the speakers but service said it was the radio. Now 456.00 later we still need to replace the speakers and feel we were treated unfairly More

Could have been better The gentleman who I dealt with in the service department was non-personable and sounded like he did not like his job when I spoke with him over the ph The gentleman who I dealt with in the service department was non-personable and sounded like he did not like his job when I spoke with him over the phone as well as when I picked up my vehicle. He did not provide me with any information about what was done on my vehicle when I picked it up. He took the keys to the loaner vehicle; gave me my keys and told me where my vehicle was parked. Never offering assistance. The other gentleman in the office kept asking if I had been helped and making sure I was okay and comfortable. I would recommend the service center but not the service writer (Harry); he was definitely unprofessional. More
