last 2 visits On 4/18,my car wouldn't start. I got my car to the dealer where I was told I needed a new battery. I bought my car off the lot brand new less then 2 y On 4/18,my car wouldn't start. I got my car to the dealer where I was told I needed a new battery. I bought my car off the lot brand new less then 2 yrs ago. Found it strange that I was told batteries don't last more then 2 years now. second visit last week for an oil change and rotation of tires. I was told there was a nail in my tire had to be replaced and they didn't have a tire to replace, so I was given a loaner. Upon picking my car up 24 hours later i was told they forgot to wash the car. I found it unacceptable that they had the car for a whole day and it was not washed. I was given a voucher for a free wash, however now I have to come back and I work 12 hour days. My whole family has bought cars from this dealer. My parents are on their 3rd car, I am on my second and my brother in law and sister also have bought their cars here. I always dealt with Tom and Scotty and they seemed honest and really caring service men. Now everyone is new and I am not sure they care. More
