Bad Battery We came out to car to drive to Publix when we realized the battery in our 2016 Kia Soul was dead. Called Friendly Kia and notified them. With that, We came out to car to drive to Publix when we realized the battery in our 2016 Kia Soul was dead. Called Friendly Kia and notified them. With that, they sent a tow truck over to check out the situation. The driver jumped the battery and told us to head over to Kia. We did, they changed out the battery and we drove home. Very happy! More

Friendly Service The service department is very accommodating. My appointment was for 8 and expected time of completion was 10. They offered to give me ride if I wan The service department is very accommodating. My appointment was for 8 and expected time of completion was 10. They offered to give me ride if I wanted to go somewhere. I didn’t need to but the offer was appreciated. I camped out in their waiting area. They had free coffee, tea, cappuccino, water, pastries, WiFi, charging stations, magazines and tv. The seats were comfy and vanilla cappuccino delicious. Promptly at 10 I was told my car was ready plus washed and vacuumed. All considered it was a pleasant experience. More
