Lead me inside the service department, ask me if there was anything else that need to be looked at on my Kia, i stated "No"...he then ask if i wanted a car wash following my service, i told him "yes", that would be great. He showed me to the lounge area, told me about the amenities, and that the car should be completed in about hour. He came back in fourty five minutes and everything was completed. What great customer service!!! Go Kia!!! More

Great Sales Department I was down in Florida visiting family when I decided it was time for a new, larger car than my Chevy Spark. After speaking with the internet manager o I was down in Florida visiting family when I decided it was time for a new, larger car than my Chevy Spark. After speaking with the internet manager on Saturday, I scheduled an appointment on Sunday to look at a 2018 Kia Soul. Upon arrival, we were greeted by John, to whom I explained my payment requirements and what I was looking for in a new vehicle. He quickly brought around a black Soul and we took it for a test drive. The entire time, John was friendly and funny (for a Boston fan, lol), and determined to help get my payments where I needed them. Joe was also a great help throughout this process and of them were considerate to what I was looking for in a vehicle and payment. Diane in finance was awesome, even though had to change a bit of paperwork (since I live in GA but purchased in FL) and was extremely apologetic that I had to come back by on Monday, but she made the process incredibly simple. The name really does say it all -- I would happily buy another vehicle from Friendly Kia. More

Tire repair Went there because tire was leaking slow leak front left tire mechanic said couldn't repair it because it was too close to the side and would not put Went there because tire was leaking slow leak front left tire mechanic said couldn't repair it because it was too close to the side and would not put a patch on it but he would sell me a new tire for $237 didn't even offer to prorate the tire so I went to Tire Kingdom and had it fixed for $26 then John Gillis called me and said he would give me a Year's free tire repair and road service I would be getting a letter shortly let her has not come yet this is 3 days ago still waiting on the letter More
