Good and efficient We took our car to change it's windshield, because we had a stone coming from the road and chipping it. When we arrived at the store the service was We took our car to change it's windshield, because we had a stone coming from the road and chipping it. When we arrived at the store the service was excellent. The person in charge help us right away and clear our doubts of inssurance covering our fix. They helped us with the call to the insurrance and got the details worked out so we would get the fix with no extra charge. They kept in contact with us for the date of the fix and even provided us with a loan car. There was a problem that the windshield wasn't the right one, but they mobilized fast and found the right one for us and communicated with us quickly. I would recommend their services to anyone who would need their help. More

Not up to standard The service department does not have enough real estate to operate. My wife asked when she should change her engine oil. One employee told me 5000 The service department does not have enough real estate to operate. My wife asked when she should change her engine oil. One employee told me 5000 miles, another told her not more than 7300, yet another provided a range between 3750 to 5000. There were two employees speaking negatively about a patron in front of other patrons. The coffee machine produces terrible tasting beverages. I purchased two vehicles from here in a month, but I will not service the vehicles here because of her experience. I have a free first service on my vehicle that consists of an oil change and tire rotation, but I'd rather pay another dealer to service my vehicle. I hope they utilize this as a teaching moment. -Dissapointed consumer More
