not the best every service call leads to problems - money being taken - shooting glasses being taken - door handles being broken and not being repaired service every service call leads to problems - money being taken - shooting glasses being taken - door handles being broken and not being repaired service staff make it your problem - service manager response it's stupid to leave anything of value in your car - whats stupid is spending my money to be told I am stupid and dealing with a dealer that you need to take everything out of your car so that there is nothing to steal - some how they miss that it is my car and my stuff the same service manager said he could not understand my problem with the door handle - there is no charge - wed.while in for service the part was broken - i went home with an unknown problem - the next day back to friendly for 3 hours - what is hourly rate -is my time of no value More

Service not great Bought a vehicle from kia(used). Before I even made it home I had issues with vibration at lights. Called and reported to sales rep . Brought it in a Bought a vehicle from kia(used). Before I even made it home I had issues with vibration at lights. Called and reported to sales rep . Brought it in a week later to have this looked at and I was asked what I thought was the issue. I told them a list of what I read could possibly be the issue. I received a call later that day and was told that my vehicle was done. They did one thing on the list and tried to pass that off as fixed. They then told me it was the nature of my vehicle. I told them they were incorrect a my buddy had bought the matching vehicle so the the vin # only being 600 difference. During sale and trying to dicker a better deal I was told there was a 100+ check they did before they sell vehicles. I found that to be untrue as the radiator res. Was bone dry when I popped the hood. So I'm a bit sceptical about Kia and their services. More
