Emergency tire repair. My tire went flat and there is no spare (annoying enough to stop buying Kias). However, I called your emergency services. They picked me and the car u My tire went flat and there is no spare (annoying enough to stop buying Kias). However, I called your emergency services. They picked me and the car up within 20 minutes. Once we got to the dealer, it was near closing, they took the car immediately, patched the tire and had it back to me within 15 minutes. On top of that there was no charge for the repair. The people at Friendly Kia were great. More

BUYER BEWARE Prior to agreeing to purchase or signing any papers with this dealership, I wanted to be positive that I would get back the money that I paid for a ma Prior to agreeing to purchase or signing any papers with this dealership, I wanted to be positive that I would get back the money that I paid for a maintenance plan on the car I was trading in. I was assured that I would get a prorated amount back. I asked multiple times, and multiple people. All assured me that I would get it back. I was upside down on my trade so I went ahead with the deal with the understanding that I would be getting several thousand dollars back from the maintenance and gap plan that I had purchased with my trade. Long story short - I DO NOT get any money back for the previously purchased maintenance plan, so I lost thousands of dollars on this deal!!! Whoever purchases my old car has a prepaid maintenance plan until 2020 if the are told. My advice - DO NOT take their word for anything - find your contract and make sure what this dealership is telling you is in fact true. Do your own research before you sign anything. The dealership will not give me anything for this huge mistake they made. They are not willing to make it right and that really stinks because up until finding out that I would not be getting any of the expected money back - everyone at the dealership was kind and great to work with. Due to their unwillingness to make any attempt whatsoever to compensate me for their mistake and my loss of thousands of dollars, I would not recommend doing business here. More
Service with a Smile first of all I was surprised that I received a 2nd anniversary complimentary oil change by email, I called and made an appointment, was asked to print first of all I was surprised that I received a 2nd anniversary complimentary oil change by email, I called and made an appointment, was asked to print off letter, which I did and the oil change and free vacuum and wash were included. A few days later Kia sent by USPS a "cc" size card for the same service I had already had completed with the letter, so I shredded it. Big Thanx to the Service Staff also for getting my paperwork straightened out, guess Courtesy Kia had someone else's name and address on my Kia's VIN#. Since it is paid in full and registered in my name, happy they could correct the error while I was there. More

No Pressure, just information. I was not 100% sure I would be purchasing a new car when I entered the dealership. Ultimately his ability to no hard sell as well as the amazing deal he worked out for me made all the difference. More
