Love the NO nonsense dealing I am 62 years old and have always traded my whole life, so, LOTS of dealings. I absolutely have always hated spending half a day in the dealership ha I am 62 years old and have always traded my whole life, so, LOTS of dealings. I absolutely have always hated spending half a day in the dealership haggling! I called Vince at Friendly, told him what I wanted and how much I had to put down and he called in about half and hour with a fantastic price! I agreed and he put it in to detail and we drove the 30-40 minutes to the dealership and paperwork and vehicle were ready and waiting for us. I LOVE this type of no nonsense dealing. Highly recommend!! More

New car experience Arrived at dealership and was greeted right away.. Husband and I explained we were going to look around. ( we aren’t ones to have sales people bug us) Arrived at dealership and was greeted right away.. Husband and I explained we were going to look around. ( we aren’t ones to have sales people bug us) While going out to the lot Billy brought us water and asked if we wanted a golf cart in which we declined and didn’t mind the walking. Came back and gave Billy the serial # of the car we wanted to look at. He brought the car to us to give a test ride. Billy explained all functions of the car. We decided we were going to take it.. We were happy with the process start to finish of sale. JonMicheal went over the rest of the paperwork and got us out of there in a timely fashion. More
