He was never pushy and encouraged us to get what WE want, even though it was not in stock (exact color and trim level). Buying a car always takes a long time but they were never pushy. Joe Dimaggio found the SUV we wanted and worked the numbers until we were satisfied. They had the car driven in the next day for us - on Labor Day weekend. I wasn't expecting it on such a busy sales weekend. Overall, we had a great experience there. Thanks Friendly Kia! More

He is knowledgeable of the product. He walked us through the whole process with curtesy and a smile. Bill took time to show us how the different features on the car worked, even though it was late and near closing time, we were not rushed. Our commendations to Bill for the awesome service. This resulted in a $1000 difference (price increase) that (I was told) was non-negotiable. These discounts did not appear in the numerous times I pulled up the vehicle on Auto Trader and Cars Guru. I found this deceptive on the part of the dealership and their pricing. This was no reflection of the service I received at the dealership. More
