Courteous service and was in and out in a resonable time. I was met immediately upon arrival. This was my first visit for service and no cost to me.. My information was put into the computer and I was escort I was met immediately upon arrival. This was my first visit for service and no cost to me.. My information was put into the computer and I was escorted to the waiting area with a full explanation of all the amenities available while I waited. My service person located me and told me my car was being washed and should be ready in about fifteen minutes. Shortly he came and got me to sign the necessary paper work and walked me to my car. I had a couple of questions about the car . He answered them and showed me an area I wasn't sure how to operate. I left feeling very good about the whole experience. Never before in all the dealerships I have used in previous years. More
