Very satisfactory I was very impressed by all the staff I came in contact with. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The sales man I dealt with, Joe Slater, was so patient with me. I had a lot of questions and issues and he answered every one truthfully. He didn't push me into anything. I said I was not buying that day and he honored that. After considering other choices and options, I went back to Joe and purchased my car, a 2019 Soul. Since the purchase he has spent considerable time with me on all the new technology. He did not get angry or frustrated with me, but was very patient on trying to teach me the new features. I would very highly recommend him to anyone along with the whole staff at Friendly Kia. More
