Terr the last time I had the car in for a tie and room replacement under warranty the service tech said that the alignment had been checked and was fine. Not sure whom it is but someone is blowing smoke up my you know what. More

A friendly way to say goodbye to an old friend For the last eight and a half years, I drove a 2006 Chevy Silverado 1500 Crew Cab. It was a great truck, which helped me move across the country in 20 For the last eight and a half years, I drove a 2006 Chevy Silverado 1500 Crew Cab. It was a great truck, which helped me move across the country in 2010 and back in 2014, towing a heavy trailer both ways. We named her Ronda Bertha Betsy and after I lost my C-level job in January, I put it into service as a ride share vehicle, despite the horrible gas millage. Anyone who knows me, knows I loved my truck, but after almost 200 thousand miles, the repairs were getting to be too much to handle. I needed something more economical and something with more seats, so I didn't have to miss out on any rides, so after some internet searching, I settled on getting a used Kia Sorento or Sedona and I went to Friendly Kia of New Port Richey, to see what they could do. My credit rating wasn't strong at all and the only thing I had to offer was my old truck for a trade in. I stepped out of my truck, worried that I might be wasting my time and that's when I met Willy. He greeted me with a warm smile and a firm handshake and listened intently to my story as I told him what was going on and what I needed. He quickly weighed the options and showed me how the Sorento would actually be the best fit for what I needed. He also showed me how a brand new Sorento would be better than a used one, based on warranty coverage and the fact that it would be used as a ride share vehicle. One test drive and a thumbs up from the manager after reviewing my credit details and I was convinced. The rest of the staff worked smoothly and seamlessly to do their various tasks and although I never felt rushed, they had me out the door driving a 2019 Sorento in about an hour or less. Matt the manager thanked me warmly for the business and Jon in finance made me feel as if I was dealing with a friend I've known for years. But it didn't stop there. Willy went to the new car with me and helped me set it up paired with my phone to use a multitude of tech features that I didn't even know existed and he had me save his number in case I ever need anything in the future. It broke my heart to have to let my old truck go, but after dealing with these guys, it's easy to see why they're called FRIENDLY Kia. It's definitely something they live up to and I'll gladly refer them and shop here again. -Jeff P More
