The service writer was curious & professional. My vehicle needed a recall update on the ECM, the Rt rear wheel speed sensor was bad and replaced under warranty and I had all 4 tires replaced. Had just left dealership after getting services done ,was driving and noticed the hood moving up and down I pulled into a store parking lot and yup! They didn't close my hood all the way I was thinking of c driving and noticed the hood moving up and down I pulled into a store parking lot and yup! There are Lots of vehicles on the lot, salesman are a bit pushy and rushed. I would recommend going elsewhere for service.
