Sales department verbally quoted me a price to buy my car, after thoroughly looking it over. I returned a couple days later to sell the car to Friendly Kia, but this time I was offered $1,000 less. Then car, after thoroughly looking it over. I returned a couple days later to sell the car to Friendly Kia, but this time I was offered $1,000 less. Then after expressing my $1,000 bewilderment and unfairness, I was offered a paltry $500 more. Bad, bad, sales operations and business ethics. I will be sure to alert social media and spread the word everywhere else I go. Terrible, unprofessional experience from my primary vehicle servicer!! 😡 More
Went for my first oil change after buying a 2021 Kia Sorento. Everyone was really great. I work during the week and was only able to get it in on the weekend. The service department was really great abo Sorento. Everyone was really great. I work during the week and was only able to get it in on the weekend. The service department was really great about working me into their busy schedule. I was told to just bring it in and they would take care of me. Now, normally at any other dealership this would mean a 5 hour wait...but I had the car in by 9:30, and the work was completed by 11:30 which I found very reasonable considering I didn't even have a real appointment. Will definitely be going back for all future service needs. More

They made a big mistake on the quote online and tried to fix it . I’m not happy with that , but Peter is a helpful sale person . I would definitely recommend Kia Service. Friendly and professional. If a new car buyer, as I was 2 3/4 yrs ago they are great. Courteous and worked endlessly to obtain financing. However, unfortunately, I am upside down on mileage on car for trade in so I would need to put a substantial deposit down. It just stinks how your first experience is on target and excellent but when criteria changes to a minor negative they can’t find a way without draining a person’s emotions and expectations especially when you get promotional letters stating they want your car to fulfill their used car inventory. To be fair, they do say with approved credit. Thank you for your assistance with my repair and inquiry regarding trade-in. Donna-Marie Chrzan More
