An happy leap of faith My lease was coming to an end and I had been shopping for months to find another car that would make me happy. When my fiancé bought a Kia SUV near ho My lease was coming to an end and I had been shopping for months to find another car that would make me happy. When my fiancé bought a Kia SUV near home in Fort Lauderdale, I tried a Kia Cadenza 2017. It was the only Cadenza on the premises. It drove like being on a cloud. I kept it in mind but didn't want an older car. Unfortunately, I don't like a black interior car, it feels depressing to me. We looked and looked online and sometimes the dealership didn't have in stock what they pretended having online. I started extending my research and just when I was ready to buy a white car with black interior among the very few Cadenza on the market, I saw white with beige interior, I couldn't believe it. I called to make sure they had it and my fiancé and I decided to drive the 6 hours to the dealership and make it a relaxing trip whether I got the car or not. I couldn't afford a 2020 so this 2019 seemed like a good fit for me. And then it all happened. Friendly KIA is just like the name says, friendly, down to earth and listening to your needs. I was still skeptic and ready to walk out, but between Georges (who went totally out of his way even the next morning to fix something we didn't understand) and Vince our salesman team and Joe DiMaggio who worked out the deal for us and Skye the financial manager, it was totally painless, without stressed and pushed in a emotional rollercoaster. Real people who care. My fiancé and I felt like family and they took care of us until all details were taken care of. We don't care about 6 hours of driving, when comes time to change our both Kia, we are going back to Friendly Kia. Thank you so much. More

Then on to picking out the next lease car Vince was not only helpful but very patient with us and we were able to get everything we were looking for in our new lease. Then Monday morning I received a call from Kate at Friendly Kia to see if I had any questions about my new car. I only had one problem not with Friendly Kia but with opening an account and she was able to get me another # to call but with the COV19 problem their lines were not taking calls at this time she thought I should call later on in the day and I will try that. More
