Steve at Friendly Kia made the process extremely easy and fast for us. I typically dread going to the dealership for 2 hours of negotiating and then another 2 hours in financing. that is not how they do busi fast for us. Not happy that the rep tried to up sell me a cabin filter & air filter. I just purchased the car in Dec 2019 and these should have been replaced before it was sold.
