If I could rate 0 I would. Letter was total BS. Credit score much better with other rating sites therefore you can get away. With charging higher interest. Salesman told me this was the exact same car I had traded just newer. It’s not. Let us waiting to check insurance because he took expired proof of insurance instead of current card. Totally unsatisfied. Will not return to Kia (after having owned about 5 of them over the years). Too bad for us both. More
