Salesman Peter Jozsa and finance guy Neil were extremely courteous, polite, and just very easy to talk with. Never felt any uneasy pressure. I was very impressed with the salesman Steve Shambaugh. He was great. Was about to change my mind while I was speaking to the finance lady because she kept telling me how expensive it is to fix the Cadilla He was great. Was about to change my mind while I was speaking to the finance lady because she kept telling me how expensive it is to fix the Cadillac SRX and kept insisting to purchase the extended warranty. I was literally a few seconds away from walking out. However I new she was just trying to sell another product and brought it to her attention that if fixing the car would be an issue then maybe I shouldn’t buy the car. I did have other options. She dropped the subject however her demeanor changed. She wasn’t smiling anymore and it was so obvious it wasn’t professional. At the end of the day I’m happy with my purchase and extremely grateful for STEVE SHAMBAUGH!!! Thanks Steve More
