My Sorento was purchased and is serviced at Friendly Kia. I am a person with COPD and I will say I have no worries at Friendly Kia because they really make sure all guidelines are met for everyone's safety. I been to many dealers in my life and none compare to Friendly Kia on purchase and more so on service. I am truly grateful for all at Friendly Kia especially Operations Director Gene Byrd who truly took the personal time to listen and explaine solutions when I didn't understand. More

Overall a friendly, informed, and helpful staff. Somewhat disappointed only given one set of keys for a 2020 Sorento. More importantly, and this probably is more my fault, when asking the sales rep (JB) if t disappointed only given one set of keys for a 2020 Sorento. More importantly, and this probably is more my fault, when asking the sales rep (JB) if the car had a 290 horse power engine and I thought I heard him say yes thinking we had a 6 cylinder when in fact it was a 4 cylinder engine. We like the vehicle so that is not a big issue . All in all I do think you have a good dealership and I would deal with you again! More
