I waited 2. 5 hours for my van air conditioner to be diagnosed to why it was not working again. I had it in 2 weeks before to fix the air conditioner and was charged $500. Since I had been waiting so long I went out into the shop and waited 15 minutes for someone to help me. Apparently the person who was working for me was not around but my paperwork for my van was on the counter by his computer. I picked up my paperwork and took it over to another person to help me who explained what was wrong. This morning at 10am I called service to discuss what happened yesterday and about the entire air conditioner problem. I was told that a service manager would call me shortlly and now it’s 4pm and no one has returned my call. More
