Please don't waste your time at this dealership I don't about other Ken Ganley Delear ships but this one isn't worth your time. They say they there to help but in reality it Just a waste of time. And the service was atrocious at that time and I said I would never go back, Stupid me I let them lore me in with promises of that they have a whole new management team and things are different. I can honestly say New building Sam old crap if I was you I would Stay away drive a couple extra miles and find a dealership that actually wants to help you and not just put your name on their whiteboard as another car sold. This experience was exasperating. My car was completed within 45 minutes of my arrival. What I had to wait for was the middle man to complete my bill. After going and asking him twice for my bill, he brought it to me without the discount. I then waited for him to complete the bill with the discount. I was at the dealership for 2 hours. I got to hear “You’re my favorite customer,” several times but I did not feel like it after waiting an extra 1 and 15 minutes. I asked if my tires were rotated and was told yes but my bill says the air pressure was checked and says nothing about a rotation. I was disappointed in the service I received. More
Took car in for routine oil change. Picked it up and check engine light comes on literally during the 15 minute drive home. Management said the light was on when I brought it in, which it wasn't. Asked them to resolve issue and they refused. Approached things very politely and management was very condescending. Told them I've been a loyal customer for years. And that car was running perfectly fine before dropping it off, so clearly something happened. They refused to do anything about it. It's too bad, since I'll never go back there. Probably lost $75-100k in new car sales with my family over the next decade. Hope it was worth it for them. More

Took my car in to replace flat tire. They were able to change the oil too. Gave me a ride to work and picked me up when my car was done. Extremely polite staff. Even washed my car.
