Excellent experience I just leased a new Kia Soul. The salesperson Dee Shirkey was friendly and knowledgeable. She explained all the features and options and I found just the car I wanted. I hate to car shop but I did hit several Kia and Honda dealers and Mentor Kia was the best. They were attentive and followed up with me with out being obnoxious by calling me every five minutes to entice me to buy. I believe I got a good fair deal and they only contacted me during my search to answer my questions and supply requested documentation of features. I would definitely recommend Mentor Kia. More

Overall this dealer is top notch from the time the vehicle was purchased and thru numerous routine service work. Will be a repeat customer for sure. More

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT A DEALERSHIP EVER I went into Mentor Kia after a friend purchased her new vehicle from them a week prior. She raved about how wonderful they were to work with. I honest I went into Mentor Kia after a friend purchased her new vehicle from them a week prior. She raved about how wonderful they were to work with. I honestly never expected to be treated SO well and SO fairly though. I purchased a 2018 Kia Niro and Tyler Allison, my sales rep, couldn't have been more patient with me! I wasn't certain if I wanted the Niro or the Sportage and I kept going back and forth. He even went out of his way to bring both cars to the front of the lot so I could make side by side comparisons. He worked so diligently at getting me as many rebates as he possibly could for the Niro and even got my payment to the amount I needed for budgeting purposes. Ultimately I chose the Niro because of this AND because of it's amazing gas mileage and interior perks! He was an absolute pleasure to work with. The whole experience was genuinely positive right down to the signing of the paper work with the finance person, Eugene. Also, Brian, the sales manager, made a point of coming out to the lobby congratulate me on my purchase and thanked me repeatedly for my business. The guys and gals at Mentor Kia were the best sales team I've ever dealt with at a car dealership! They have certainly made a repeat customer out of me and I will be sure to tell all of my family and friends about my awesome experience! GREAT JOB GUYS! More

Bought a Kia Rio from Shawn Savage We came in late in the afternoon on a Monday and our sales guy Shawn had us out the door in a new car within 2 and a half hours.
