I understand that there has recently been a change of ownership. An appointment was made for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on time for my appointment and I fail to understand why this woul ownership. An appointment was made for an oil change and tire rotation. Yesterday I went to Tire discount for an appointment with them to purchase and install 4 new tires which they performed in 40 minutes! Can you understand why I’m not pleased with Ganley Kia’s service performance? My time is valuable and I don’t feel Kia service department gets that fact with their inefficient time management with customer service. More
It took 1hr&15 min for a simple oil change &lube . / very uncomfortable lounge seating (to low ,hard to get up. .
