Would Recommend. Went above and beyond to make things right! We purchased a car today from Kia of Mentor. We originally met with Marty Albee last week to take a look at new and used options. He was very helpful We purchased a car today from Kia of Mentor. We originally met with Marty Albee last week to take a look at new and used options. He was very helpful and put us under absolutely no pressure at all. We had a wonderful Q&A session about different options and he helped us find a price point that we felt comfortable with. Over the next couple days we communicated back and forth via email and phone and he was very quick and helpful with all of the questions and many calls that I placed to him. We finally decided to purchase a new Kia Rio and head up on a Saturday. We did not make an appointment not realizing that we should have done that prior which was bad planning/question asking on processes on my part. Even though Marty was very busy serving his other clients he still made time to help us as a surprise walk-in and purchase the car. It did take much longer than expected as he was very very busy today, however I know that Marty really did his best to help us! There were some misunderstandings that we experienced, but after we left Marty really did everything he could to make things right! He had his manager call us which I was not expecting at all and Mentor Kia really went above and beyond to make the misunderstandings right by me which I really really appreciate! At the end of the day, I am very happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend Marty Albee to anyone and everyone in the market to purchase a new or used car at Mentor Kia! I would definitely recommend making an appointment when meeting with him though because he is very busy, but definitely cares about his clients and will do everything he can to make things right and make sure his clients have a great, no pressure experience from him! I would also recommend clarifying any important information so you don’t have any misunderstandings like we did. Either way, Marty Albee and Mentor Kia really did right by me and I am happy with that! Thank you guys! Jenn More

I definitely did not know what to expect walking into the dealership and I was happy at Sean was amazing at assisting me with purchasing my first car. I couldn’t finalize the financing because it was after closing and they had some computer issues, but we eventually got our financing all taken care of and it was relatively seamless :). More
