Judging by the reputation of the dealership online, I suppose I should be thankful for never actually setting foot in this shady establishment. They really offered nothing to make amends aside from an "apology" from the sales manager, thanks for nothing. More

I arrived without an appointment because my 2014 Sor I want to thank Service Rep Melissa and Fixed Operations Director Scott Williams for their help! I arrived without an appointment because my 2014 Sorento was having unexpected engine problems. The Service Department Team was able to get me into the repair schedule, identify the problem, and resolve the issue in a timely and professional manner. With the quality of service and care they provided I will now have all my Kia service done in Mentor and will purchase my next Kia (within approx. 12-18 months) from the Kia Mentor Dealership. Thanks again for all your help. ps - my friend who followed me up to the dealership was so impressed with your service he now wants to sell his Toyota and buy his next car from Kia Mentor. More

Charge me $73 to look at my car and tell me I needed Brakes took it somewhere else and they said I didn't need brakes! The other place that I took it to said I didn't need brakes all I had was just a b Brakes took it somewhere else and they said I didn't need brakes! The other place that I took it to said I didn't need brakes all I had was just a buildup on my rotors and that was it this dealership told me that I needed pads and rotors which was over $469. The other dealership just said drive it and it'll disappear and it did cost me nothing at the other dealership. I should be entitled to a refund bad diagnostics by this department! My car is fine now thanks to Kepich Ford in Garrettsville! Didn't charge me one cent to look at my car! More

By far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with . M (lady) is very unprofessional and rude . They had my car for three months in the meantime the tires went flat from sitting , they refused to put air (lady) is very unprofessional and rude . They had my car for three months in the meantime the tires went flat from sitting , they refused to put air in my tires and made me drive with my 9 year old to the nearest gas station to put air in them myself. They tried to charge me 200.00 to replace my battery that they drained , M (lady) got very upset when I told her I would purchase a battery else where . They gave me a rental that caught on fire while I was driving down the road. The list could go on. Worst experience ever. I got my car back and there are list of things more wrong . Avoid Kia of mentor if possible!! Customer service is rediculous More
Excellent service! Our sales guy, Marty, went beyond the call of service to lease our new vehicle. I have a very sick son at home and he filled out all the paperwork, had the vehicle ready to go and it took call of service to lease our new vehicle.
