My mother in law’s lease through Kia was ending in mid April 2022. She wanted to exercise her purchase option and keep the vehicle. She began receiving phone calls in late February 2022 from Ken Ganley April 2022. She wanted to exercise her purchase option and keep the vehicle. She began receiving phone calls in late February 2022 from Ken Ganley Kia, stating that they needed her to turn in the car immediately, because they needed it. She informed them of her intentions to keep the car and purchase it out right. They continued with harassing phone calls, demanding that she turn it in. I accompanied her to Ken Ganley Kia on April 9, 2022 so they could help her with the purchase option. A salesman named Marvin brought her to his desk and began the paperwork. He then went and discussed everything with the sales manager, who came to us with a sales sheet. The sales sheet was for $ 5,638 more than the purchase option on the lease agreement/contract. When I brought this to his attention, he stated he had to purchase the car from Kia and re-sell it to us, and there is a cost to that, and that we could easily sell the car for even a higher cost. When I let him know this was unacceptable and we planned on contacting Kia Motors directly to facilitate the purchase, he strongly stated that we cannot do that, as Kia Motors was not performing purchase options currently and had not for the last year and a half. We contacted Kia Motors on April 11, 2022 and they DID sell us the car for the EXACT amount on the lease agreement contract. The sales manager from Ken Ganley Kia flat out lied to us. It is shameful they tried to steal over $ 5,000 from an 80 year old recently widowed woman, and lied to our face to try and get away with it. I would strongly recommend anyone looking to lease or purchase a car, go anywhere other than Ken Ganley Kia with their business. More

Purchased a 2022 Kia Forte gt from them and traded my car in. Was told there was 6400 dollar difference that was fine went to do paperwork , just thrown in front of me real quick. Was never offered whether I wanted to purchase all sorts of extra warranties so never really thought about it. Got home the next day looking through paperwork I had financed around 10700 don’t know for sure because there was no contract for bank and never saw numbers . But this was due to them adding on 4000 dollars worth of warranties now why the xxxx would I do that when it comes with excellent warranty. Even though was told on phone you only get 15000 miles of warranty if you don’t pay for the rest. Well that’s bull crap because I’ve owned 2 other brand new Kia’s in last 6 months with full warranty and didn’t pay a dime for it. Wouldn’t recommend this business to my enemy. More

Spent many hours viewing online different SUV Brands. I decided to look at Hyundai/Santa Fe and KIA/Sorento. The decision was made to go with KIA. Upon arrival I was introduced to Leo Bonilla (sales cons decided to look at Hyundai/Santa Fe and KIA/Sorento. The decision was made to go with KIA. Upon arrival I was introduced to Leo Bonilla (sales consultant). Leo provided excellent details on various models in stock at the time. Once decision was made the process to close deal was quick and painless. Look forward to our new relationship with the Ken Ganley Kia dealership. More
My only issue with shopping for a vehicle via the internet is the inconsistency among the industry (among all dealerships nationwide) with regard to the carfax or experian vehicle history reports. Some dealerships offer a free online viewing the the vehilce's history report, while others servers redirect you to the carfax website and require payment for viewing the vehicles history. Its helpful when the dealerships website redirects you to a free vehicle history report you can see before looking at the car. I haven't purchased a car yet, and I am still looking, but the interaction with the person I spoke with at Ken Ganley has been helpful so far. More
