Had the oil in the Kia changed at the dealership, it took from 10:30 to noon and I had an appointment for 10:30. The oil was topped off (checked it before starting the engine) but the inside of the windshiel from 10:30 to noon and I had an appointment for 10:30. The oil was topped off (checked it before starting the engine) but the inside of the windshield was smeared with something that I had to clean off when I got home. There was oil on the engine cover, a mileage sticker on the inside of the windshield, & I had to endure the service writer explain all of the things they checked as if I was an idiot. Geez, 5300 miles on the car & the brakes are ok, really? If it wasn't for a medical problem that kept me from doing this myself, I wouldn't have gone there, even if it's "free". Never again. Yeah, I'm picky about servicing my cars...that's why I normally do this service myself. The important thing was that the oil was changed & filled properly. More
