My lease was up so I went in with the intent on getting in a new lease (my family and I have been going to Ken Ganley Kia for well over 10 years, have leased multiple vehicles through them). I wanted to lo in a new lease (my family and I have been going to Ken Ganley Kia for well over 10 years, have leased multiple vehicles through them). I wanted to look at the GT line of either the Forte or the K5. Having money to put down, my sales rep assuring me the days of $200 car payments are long gone, and feeling pressured into getting into a new vehicle before I left, I made a huge mistake and leased a basic model Kia Forte. My current payment is over $300, which I felt was a little high, little did I know how high it really is. The following month, Ken Ganley Kia puts their basic model Forte for lease for $188 with $3,500 down. I am embarrassed to say I put down more money than that, have almost perfect credit score, and again, am paying over $300. I called and spoke with the General Sales Manager, Nick, who at the end of the day couldnt do anything to help my situation except offer me a $500 credit, no thank you! More

We enjoy people that like what they do and clearly, Damon is one of those. I think what I liked the best about Damon was there was no “typical” high pressure techniques to make a quick purchase. His strong trait is his thorough knowledge of Kia’s and a desire to place you in the best vehicle suited for your lifestyle. Charles in Finance and Gianna in Public relations were all fantastic as well. We had a great experience all-around. More
Do not go on this dealer after closing, when I was there they have an armed security guard who was in his personal vehicle, which is not marked in anyway. He shines a bright flashlight in your eye uses very abusive language even after I told him I was there looking for a car because my lease was running out and also drew his weapon on me and tried to take my cell phone out of my hand after he realize I was recording. Talked with manage, showed him the video he literally was laughing the whole time he claims in disbelief. If I could give this place negative stars for the unprofessionalism I would, but unfortunately one is the lowest I can go, would not recommend this dealership to anybody! More

Purchased 2018 Soul love the car , but now they want my car to sell to someone else. I need my car. they do not understand that. I am retired worked hard to pay it off before.
