Me and my husband went in to purchase this 2017 Chevy Traverse and my husband checked it over and he finds it has a oil leaking from it and on the car fax report it doesn’t have the work on there they di Traverse and my husband checked it over and he finds it has a oil leaking from it and on the car fax report it doesn’t have the work on there they did except new tires in the service report it’s things they said they did that they didn’t do the general manager Pete came to talk with me and my husband and was very rude and angry with us telling us thier not fixing it and it’s still going to sell with the oil leak on it and their going to refund us our money I will never go there again! More

I bought a 2019 Kia Forte a few months ago at this dealership. It was my third Kia second bought there. This vehicle had no spare tire I didn't know that till recently. When I called them I was told i dealership. It was my third Kia second bought there. This vehicle had no spare tire I didn't know that till recently. When I called them I was told it had a inflater and wasn't suppose to have a tire. Ok so I know the buyer beware stuff. But my other 2 Kias had spares. One was a 2023. I got it I should have checked but a spare is not something I've had to look for. So ok I have a inflater but that won't help in all problems with a flat tire. I called and asked. So if I get a flat for any reason besides low air I'm stranded. Will have to have car towed for a flat tire. No one can even stop and change my tire. So here is a 70 year old woman stranded. I was told by dealer service department it would cost over 300.00 to get the things I wanted to buy. I did not buy. Will go elsewhere. So if you want a spare look first. More

Never addressed my oil consumption issue on my 2015 Sorento...I told them my concern and was told there was nothing they could really do about that. What??
